Tailor 67 currently services select areas in and around Bikaner, Rajasthan. You can check whether your address is serviceable during booking or checkout — if it is not, we will let you know before you complete your order.

Measurement and fabric collection visits are scheduled for a date and time slot you select during booking. Our executive will visit your address for the agreed service. If you need to reschedule, please do so as early as possible through your booking details or by contacting us.

Eligible ready-to-wear home trial orders are intended to be delivered within approximately one hour of confirmation, subject to stock availability, delivery capacity for your area, serviceable location, and operational conditions such as traffic or weather. This is a service target we work to, not a guaranteed delivery window.

Delivery timing for a custom-tailored garment depends on the garment type, current workload, and the delivery channel you selected (Standard or Fast Forward, where offered). Your confirmed delivery date is shown on your order and booking pages.

If our delivery or measurement executive is unable to reach you at the scheduled time — for example because you are unavailable, the address is inaccessible, or the address provided is incorrect — we will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed attempts attributable to incorrect or unreachable address information may result in additional visit charges or order delay.

For eligible ready-to-wear orders, you may inspect and try garments at your doorstep at the time of delivery, as described in our Terms & Conditions. Please have your order reference ready for the delivery executive.

Applicable delivery or home-trial charges (such as the ₹29 Home Trial & Delivery Fee on eligible ready-to-wear orders) are shown clearly before you complete payment.
