• To schedule and carry out measurement visits, fabric collection, and deliveries
• To produce your custom-tailored garment according to your measurements and design
• To process payments and refunds
• To communicate with you about your order, booking, or a support request

• To comply with applicable legal and tax obligations

Your measurements are treated as sensitive customer information. Access is limited to the staff directly involved in fulfilling your order (such as the assigned measurement, cutting and stitching staff) and is not shared beyond what is necessary to deliver the Services.

Our staff can access only the information relevant to their role and to the orders assigned to them. For example, a delivery executive sees delivery-relevant details for their assigned order, not your full order history or saved measurements.

Payments are processed through our payment gateway partner(s). We do not store your full card or banking credentials on our servers; payment processing is subject to the applicable payment partner's own security standards and policies.

We use cookies and similar technologies necessary to keep you signed in, remember your booking progress, and operate core website functionality. We do not use cookies to sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain your account, order and measurement information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements, including maintaining records of past policy versions applicable to historical orders.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls limiting staff visibility to what their role requires. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal and operational record-keeping requirements (for example, we may need to retain order records for tax or dispute purposes even after a deletion request).
